Last updated: 18 May 2026

§ 01 · Acceptance

By subscribing to WhoWatches, you accept these Terms. WhoWatches is the public access point to the BotConduct Observatory.

§ 02 · Nature of the service

WhoWatches provides receiver-side behavioral intelligence on automated activity directed at the subscriber’s property. The service is delivered as weekly bulletins from the BotConduct Observatory Desk. WhoWatches does not provide blocking, gating, or runtime defense.

§ 03 · Subscription

Subscriptions are monthly, billed in advance through Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Refund requests for the first payment may be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Subsequent subscription payments are non-refundable. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Upon refund, access to the service ceases immediately. All refunds are subject to the Paddle Refund Policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

§ 04 · Cohort review

WhoWatches operates as a curated cohort. BotConduct reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any subscription at its discretion. In such cases, the current cycle is refunded in full within 14 days via the original payment method.

§ 05 · Receiver-side instrumentation

Subscribers deploy receiver-side instrumentation on their own property. The instrumentation captures signals of automated activity. It does not capture personal data of end-users.

§ 06 · Observatory archive

Behavioral observations collected through the instrumentation are property of BotConduct and form part of the Observatory archive. The intelligence the Observatory produces depends on cross-property accumulation.

§ 07 · Deliverable

Subscribers receive weekly bulletins and monthly strategic interpretations, signed by the Observatory Desk, covering automated activity directed at their property during the cycle. Deliverables are sent to the email address associated with the subscription. Subscribers may address up to four (4) analytical consultations per month to the Desk by email.

§ 08 · Independence

BotConduct does not sell, license, or operate blocking, gating, or runtime defense tools.

§ 09 · Intellectual property

Bulletins and findings produced by the Observatory remain the property of BotConduct. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive licence to use bulletins internally.

§ 10 · Liability

WhoWatches provides bulletins on an as-is basis. Liability for any damage arising from the use of bulletins is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber in the twelve months preceding the claim.

§ 11 · Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Disputes are referred first to good-faith correspondence with the Desk and, failing resolution, to the courts of the City of Buenos Aires.

§ 12 · Updates

Material changes are communicated by email to active subscribers at least thirty days in advance.
